Head Bartender Philippe Guidi and his team were inspired by the spirit and flavors of La Terrasse des Roses, and created a menu of "wine cocktails" as an ode to the rose. The aromas of fruit and floral notes elevate the iconic wines from the Domaines Gérard Bertrand. Each cocktail, such as "Red Eden," "Sugar Moon," or "Wildfire," pays homage to varieties of roses, promising bucolic strolls to mitigate the high summer temperatures.

In collaboration with the prestigious Domaines Gérard Bertrand, The Westin Paris-Vendôme offers its guests a terrace with the colors of "Côte des Roses," evoking a journey to the south of France near the scrubland and vineyards. This rosé wine pays homage to the beauty of the Mediterranean coastline, particularly the beach from which it derives its name, the "Côte des Roses," as well as to the universal symbol of the rose: Love.
