In collaboration with Buffalo Trace, the most awarded distillery in the United States, the Westin Paris-Vendôme invites guests on a journey to the heart of America, exploring the New World within the Bourbon Lounge. Featuring noble materials such as raw wood, aged leather, and soft lighting, the Bourbon Lounge offers a warm setting where elegance and comfort come together for an immersive experience.

Head Bartender Philippe Guidi and his team were inspired by the spirit and flavors of the Bourbon Lounge to create a menu of five cocktails featuring Buffalo Trace bourbon. Each cocktail reflects the perfect balance between the strength and smoothness of this exceptional bourbon.

The bar's creations pair perfectly with the pecan pie featuring dulce de leche and bourbon-infused vanilla, crafted exclusively for the pop-up bar by Pastry Chef Valentin Sevilla.
